  I usually order a trenta size drink. Today, Monika, the cashier and who was also the barista, told me they do not have trenta size drinks anymore. So I ordered a venti size even though I had purchased a trenta drink the day before at the same location.I payed $4.67. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my drink. It was not at all mixed and had huge clumps of powder in it. For the price I payed, I expected much more and will not be coming back anytime soon. I am extremely frustrated with the quality of the barista that made my drink today, Monika, who has made my drink before and they were also very poor quality. Starbucks should really have higher standards for the people they hire and the people who represent their company!

  Good service, friendly knowledgeable staff. My mobile order has gone to the wrong store at least 5 times and they still have made my drink no questions asked. Know you by name and remember your drink
