  If prior planning prevents piss poor performance, they have no prior planning. That must be why the area manager has her contact information on the drive through window.
  
  Ordered a $20 fillup with the sides, four biscuts, and the $5 popcorn chicken. My bad experience started when I noticed I didnt get a receipt when she handed my card back. Got home to find out we're missing the biscuts, and they didnt place the receipt in my bag either. Call them and they ask for the receipt, i tell them they didnt give me one, say come back and get the biscuts, I say what else are you going to do for me, she says two biscuts and a side. I say ok, but I get there, and get home to find I only have two biscuts, not my original four.
  
  When my wife called them back, the same girl got very rude when she asked for the receipt number and the number for the area manager, wouldnt give her any of the information, AND HUNG UP ON MY WIFE!
  
  Now I have to drive out there a third time to get the number so I can tell the area manager we're never going here again, and neither should you.

  Where to begin! This is the second time I have a very bad experience at this location. First time it happened a year ago when i ordered dark meat and they put wings and all mixed up. When I told them the order was wrong they didn't want to fix it and gave me a bad attitude. Second time I wanted legs and thighs a lady in the drive through said I would need to wait 45 mins then she said you would need to pay for each individually since we have all mixed only. These people are a joke and they get paid for not doing their job. Where's customer service? You pay for the food it's not free. they feel they are doing you a favor. Management here is ridiculous they all talk to each other with disrespect and they are very rude. Avoid going to this kfc I don't know how they stayed in business with such bad employees.
