  Went at 930 tonight and the host told me the kitchen was closed and to go to Buffalo Wild wings. Haven't eaten all day and this place is supposed to be open until 10. Great customer service

  Don't pre-order food from here. Last night I pre-order my food and picked it up at the time requested. I got home (which is less then 5 mins away), and our main course was luke warm and our fries were hard and moist. It was as if the fries had been sitting around for a good 20 - 30 mins. Why is it default to complete orders!? Last time I was there they didn't full complete my order. Fooled me twice. Shame on me.

  The food is what you would expect from a chain. Nothing super special. Ziosks are great if you have children.
